Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation and attendance at Rewild Festival (“the Festival”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you must not attend the Festival.

Rewild Festival is organized by Eats and Beats (“the Organizer”), and it takes place on 12th of July 2025 at  Dunloe Lower, Beaufort, Killarney, Co. Kerry V93 X68D.

Age Restrictions

Rewild is a family-friendly event, and we welcome attendees of all ages to enjoy the festival atmosphere.

To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please note the following guidelines:
  • Accompanied Entry: All attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket.
  • Wristbands and Registration: Upon entry, children and teenagers will receive a wristband displaying their guardian’s contact details. Names and contact information will be securely registered with our festival accreditation team to facilitate swift communication if necessary.
  • Ticketing Policy:
    • Children aged 12 and under can attend free of charge.
    • Teenagers aged 13–18 require a full-price ticket but must also be registered and accompanied by an adult.
  • Parental Responsibility: There are no childminding services or dedicated childcare facilities at Rewild. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and well-being of children in their care throughout the event.

Ticket Purchase and Entry

  1. Ticket Sales: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by the Organizer.
  2. E-Tickets: After purchasing, you will receive an e-ticket to the email address provided at the time of booking. This e-ticket must be presented for scanning at the entrance.
  3. Right to Refuse Entry: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaving inappropriately, or presenting a risk to other attendees.

Health and Safety

  1. Personal Responsibility: All attendees are responsible for their own personal safety and the safety of their belongings during the Festival. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
  2. Medical Emergencies: Medical personnel will be present at the Festival. In the event of an emergency, please seek immediate assistance from Festival staff or medical personnel. Attendees with known medical conditions should carry their necessary medication.
  3. Prohibited Items: For the safety of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited at the Festival:
    • Illegal substances and drugs
    • Weapons of any kind
    • Fireworks or explosives
    • Glass containers
    • Professional audio or video recording equipment (unless pre-approved by the Organizer)
    • Outside food and beverages (except for medical reasons)
    • Large bags or backpacks (over 20L)
  4. Security Checks: Attendees may be subject to searches upon entry. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated, and the attendee may be refused entry without refund.

Festival Code of Conduct

  1. Respect for Others: Attendees must behave in a respectful and considerate manner at all times. Offensive or aggressive behavior towards other attendees, performers, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the Festival without refund.
  2. Drugs and Alcohol: The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol will be available for purchase within the Festival, but excessive consumption is discouraged. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior due to intoxication.
  3. Environmental Responsibility: Rewild Festival is committed to environmental sustainability. Attendees are expected to dispose of trash in the appropriate recycling or waste bins provided. Leave no trace.

Changes and Cancellations

  1. Event Modifications: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Festival schedule, lineup, or location at any time. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via email or the Festival’s official website/social media channels.
  2. Event Cancellation: In the event of Festival cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, government restrictions, or acts of God), the Organizer will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

Photography and Filming

  1. Recording Consent: By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by the Organizer and its partners. These images or recordings may be used for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without compensation or notification.
  2. Personal Use: Attendees are welcome to take personal, non-commercial photographs and videos during the Festival. However, the use of professional equipment without prior authorization is prohibited.

Liability

  1. No Liability for Personal Injury: The Organizer, its staff, and partners assume no liability for any personal injury, death, or property damage sustained during the Festival, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Organizer.
  2. Force Majeure: The Organizer will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delays in performing, any obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from any circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or pandemic-related restrictions).

Accessibility

  1. Accessibility Services: The Festival will provide services and accommodations to make the event accessible to attendees with disabilities. If you require special assistance, please contact the Organizer in advance so arrangements can be made.

Pets and Animals

  1. No Pets: Except for registered service animals, pets are not allowed within the Festival grounds. Attendees with service animals must notify the Organizer in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes or claims arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Festival must be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on the Festival’s official website. It is the responsibility of the attendees to review the Terms periodically for any changes.
